Q. Why don't you carry my size?
Our shirts range from Small to XXL in Adult and other sizes for ladies and teens. These are the only sizes that are available from the manufacturer. It is also possible that we are just out of stock in the size that you are looking for, please check back.
Q. How often do you restock?
We try to restock popular shirts as quickly as possible. Please check back several times each week!
Q. Are these shirts "Official"?
All of the Ghostbusters Merchandise we sell is officially licensed. We do not sell anything that does not have the approval of Sony Pictures or the Ghostbusters themselves!
Q. What if I see a better price somewhere else?
Buy it here. You might have expected us to match the price, or tell you to buy it from a competitor. We simply can't do that. We stock more Ghostbusters shirts than
anywhere else and as such we need the support of Ghostbusters Fans to keep this site going! That being said, our prices are almost
always lower than online shirt sellers which have a smaller selection!
Q. How do I pay? Can I pay with a Money Order?
We only accept payments via
PayPal. You do not need to have an account and can pay using a Credit Card. Members of PayPal can also make payments with a bank account or personal check. We do not accept payments any other ways. This is to ensure that our stocking system is as efficient as possible.
Q. Do you ship to other countries? How much does it cost?
We ship internationally. International orders ship for just a few dollars more, and the cost is calculated in your shopping cart (after you input your shipping address). A typical international order has a charge of $8 USD to $13 USD or more. (We do not consider orders to Canada as International, the cost is similar to a domestic US order).
Q. How long does it take to get my order?
Orders ship out several times a week. Typically on Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday. We ship with the United States Postal Service via First Class mail for small orders, and Priority Mail for larger orders. (All international orders ship via First Class Mail). After your order has shipped, it typically takes 3-4 days in the United States, 1 week to Canada and Mexico, and 1-2 weeks for International Delivery.
Q. Do you provide tracking numbers?
We do not supply tracking information unless it is specifically requested and extra money is paid. (No tracking is available on international orders!) We have NEVER lost an order, and have never had a customer say they didn't receive a package from us.
Q. Why am I charged more for shipping than it costs to ship?
Occasionally you will find that actual shipping is only a few dollars, but you were charged a few dollars on top of that... The shipping fees we charge are several things in addition to just postage. They include the packaging and labeling supplies, payment processing fees, and other shipping related expenses. In the event that we charge you less than the actually shipping cost, we will
not request more money.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
Please check your email for notification of your Payment, and for notification when your order has shipped. You will also be provided with a page where you can review the details of your order and see when your order has shipped.
